When, where, how much and how long?
Our reservations page contains the most up-to-date schedule and fees. Classes are held at my studio just north of Miami Shores. We do not publish our address to protect the privacy of our students and to avoid people showing up at the door when the class is full. For the privacy and security of those taking the class, you will be given precise directions after you reserve a space.
What is the class like?
Our classes are typically 2-hour long and follow the Sivananda style.

Who’s the instructor?
His name is Todd. He is a certified yoga instructor who not only enjoys sharing the knowledge he has been given but also enjoys the inherent sharing of the energy of all those participating in class. He has been attuned to Level II Reiki and fills the room with this healing energy before every class. He also invokes the flow of Reiki to continue throughout his class.

Are guests/visitors welcome?
Absolutely! If you are from out of town or have friends visiting, what better way to enhance your stay than with a yoga class? Come join us for an evening of yoga and the sharing of energy.
What type of yoga do you teach?
We base our class on the Sivananda class I was certified to teach. It is a precise sequence of asanas (postures) that are designed to increase your flexibility while opening your chakras (energy centers) so that the flow of energy throughout your physical and astral bodies is increased.

Do I have to get naked?
Yes. If you don’t get naked, the other students might feel as if you are there just to watch and not to practice yoga. This will distract from the required focus to take a yoga class.
LATEST NEWS: In addition to my naked yoga class for men only, I also offer a clothed yoga class for those that are not ready to shed their protective layers. Women are welcome to attend this class. Check out my reservations page for date and time information.
Is this a gay group? Why men only?
Not at all! The class is open to any open-minded male who is interested in the practice of yoga regardless of race, physical condition, sexual orientation or religious beliefs. All that is required is a desire to practice yoga, whether you are a beginner or have been practicing for a long time.
Also, this is not a place for sex. If sex is what you’re looking for, please look elsewhere. Those behaving inappropriately will be asked to leave the class immediately without a refund. Thank you in advance for respecting those gathering to practice yoga.
How about private classes?
If you are not ready for a group setting, or just wish to get some in depth look at your personal practice, I am also available for private instruction. The session lasts 60-75 minutes and costs $80 for in calls or $100 plus any additional parking fees for out calls.

What’s yoga good for?
Ultimately, yoga is one of many paths towards enlightenment. To reach enlightenment, however, requires serious commitment. Therefore, the immediate benefits we receive are steady-mind, proper breathing, better posture, the release of toxins, stress reduction, clarity, and physical and mental flexibility, strength, and balance, to name a few.

What’s Reiki?
From Japanese, “Universal Life Force Energy”, Reiki is a healing energy. By tapping into the Universal Energy, Reiki heals where needed, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

What is PayPal?
PayPal, owned by eBay, is a global online payment system. PayPal is a convenient, easy-to-use, and secure way for individuals and businesses to send and receive money online for goods, services, charitable donations, and so forth.
We use PayPal to accept payments for reservations. You do not need to open a PayPal account to make payments using your credit card through PayPal.
