Naked Yoga Class

This is a men’s only yoga class based on a Sivananda yoga class. Good for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. 1.5 or 2 hours

Partner Yoga

This is a men’s only naked yoga class where we begin to explore the asanas with a partner. No need to bring your own partner. Good for intermediate and advanced practitioners.

Massage Class

This is a men’s only class where participants learn and practice a few massage skills on one another. No experience necessary.
2 hours

Breathing Circle

This class is for anyone who wishes to work on their personal growth through this very simple, yet profoundly healing, breathing technique. No experience needed.
Approximately 2-2.5 hours

Tantra Meditation

This class is for anyone who wishes to learn different tantra meditations which are partially active and partially still. No experience needed.
