I’ve had the blessed opportunity to study and receive certification under Kam Thye Chow whose lesson of metta (mindful compassion and loving kindness) has left the biggest impression in my heart.
Thai Yoga Massage is a sequence of flowing movements designed to position the recipient into yoga postures while gently stretching the muscles. In between the postures, the ‘dance’ continues as the practitioner also works the sen (energy) lines throughout the body.
Benefits include stretching and toning muscles, improving circulation, strengthening the immune system, boosting metabolism, relieving tension, and balancing the body’s energies creating a sense of serenity sure to leave you feeling relaxed, revitalized, and rejuvenated.
